You have until 2pm EST to get your order in to qualify for same day deliery. Orders placed after 2 will be delivered the next day.
Yes, you can schedule deliveries several weeks in advance.
The video message will automatically be added to your cart. You will be prompted to record your video message once you have paid on the confirmation page. If you are not ready to record your video then, a link will have been emailed to you to record at a different time that day. The video message will be displayed as a QR code on the gift tag of your gift.
Your gift will be uniquely wrapped by the merchant who you purchased from. There will be a Heyou gift tag on the gift which will display your video message.
At this point, you are only able to order from one merchant at a time. Once you select an item to add to your cart, you will be directed to that specific merchant's storefront with the option to add more of their products to your cart.

All sales are final. However, if the gift is damaged or was not received, please reach out to us through our contact page.
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will then be emailed once the order is out for delivery and when the order has been delivered.
